Strap needed breaking in

The strap was stiffer than I expected for the first couple of weeks. It's softened considerably with regular use and now sits much better across my chest.

Has aged beautifully

I've carried this regularly for about a year and a half and it looks better now than it did new. The Cognac leather has darkened around the edges and developed plenty of small marks and variations. I mainly use it on weekends and when traveling, and the size has been just right for essentials. The zippers are still smooth, the strap hardware remains secure and none of the stitching has started coming loose.

Front pocket works well

I keep my keys and earbuds in the front pocket so I don't have to dig through the main compartment.

Excellent for city travel

This has accompanied me on several city breaks now. It holds my phone, wallet, passport, power bank, sunglasses and a few cables while remaining much less cumbersome than a backpack. The interior pockets are especially useful when traveling because I can keep smaller valuables separated instead of having everything loose inside. After fourteen months the leather is noticeably softer but the bag hasn't lost its shape.

Smaller opening than expected

The overall capacity is good, although the opening feels a little tighter when I have bulkier items inside. For normal everyday essentials it works very well.

Comfortable to wear

Sits nicely against my side and doesn't swing around much while walking.

My weekend bag for nearly two years

I bought the Chocolate version because I wanted something smaller than my messenger bag for weekends. Nearly two years later I'm still using it constantly. There's enough depth to carry more than the narrow profile suggests, and having separate interior pockets means my phone doesn't get buried underneath everything else. The leather has softened and picked up plenty of character but the construction has remained solid throughout.

Great alternative to a backpack

For days when I'm only carrying the basics this is far more convenient than taking a full backpack.

Leather shows scratches

Mine started picking up surface marks fairly quickly. They blend into the Cognac finish surprisingly well though and I'm starting to prefer the more worn-in appearance.

Just the right amount of organization

One of the things I like most is that they didn't overcomplicate the inside. There's enough organization for my phone and smaller valuables, while the rest of the compartment remains open for larger items. I can fit a wallet, glasses case, small power bank, keys and a few other essentials comfortably. Sixteen months in, the zippers and strap fittings are all working exactly as they should.

Almost a year of daily use

I use this most days for walking into town and running errands. The compact shape is comfortable in crowded places and it carries exactly what I need without encouraging me to overpack. Mine has softened quite a bit over eleven months, especially around the sides and strap. The front pocket is probably my favorite detail because my keys are always immediately accessible.

A little heavier than fabric

Definitely heavier than the nylon sling I used before, but the leather and hardware also feel considerably more durable. Worth the extra weight for me.

Holding up extremely well

Mine is approaching two years old and has been carried through airports, train stations, weekend trips and plenty of ordinary days around town. It has scratches, creases and darker areas now, but that's exactly what I hoped would happen with the leather. More importantly, the functional parts have held up. The main zipper remains smooth, the strap hasn't frayed and the hardware is still firmly attached.

The front pocket makes a bigger difference than I expected. Perfect for transit cards, keys and other small things.

Needs a little breaking in

The bag was fairly stiff when it arrived and didn't sit quite how I wanted. A few months of use has softened it substantially and it's now much more comfortable.

Great size for sightseeing

I've used this on three trips so far and it's become my preferred sightseeing bag. It keeps my passport and wallet close while still leaving enough room for my phone, sunglasses, charger and a few small purchases. I like that the main compartment closes completely with a zipper rather than relying on a flap. The leather is also developing a really nice worn finish after a year.

Nice proportions

Tall enough to be useful but still narrow enough that it doesn't feel bulky against my body.

Still looks better every month

I've never been particularly careful with this bag and that's probably why I like the leather so much now. It has developed lighter scratches, darker areas around the edges and a softer texture from constant handling. Despite all that use, nothing about the construction feels tired. The strap attachments are secure, the stitching looks good and the main zipper has never given me any trouble.

My daily carry now

It has basically replaced stuffing everything into my pockets. Much more comfortable and keeps everything organized.

Could use a wider strap

The strap is fine for a normal load, but when the bag is completely packed I would prefer it slightly wider. Otherwise the size and construction are excellent.

Excellent little travel bag

This is one of those purchases that ended up being more useful than expected. I bought it for a holiday but now use it most weekends as well. The 9 cm depth means it accommodates a decent amount without looking oversized from the front. I particularly like keeping my phone in its own interior pocket and passport in the zipped section when traveling. Fifteen months later it still feels very solid.

Doesn't get in the way

Cognac is darker now

The color has darkened noticeably with use, especially where I handle it most. I actually prefer it now, but it's worth knowing the finish does change.

Survived plenty of travel

This has been through a lot of airports with me over the last year and a half. It's small enough to keep on me throughout a flight but roomy enough for everything I don't want buried in my carry-on. The exterior has plenty of character now, while the inside remains in excellent shape. Most impressive is that the zipper and strap hardware still feel as secure as they did when new.

Useful without looking bulky

I was worried the 9 cm depth might make it stick out too much, but the proportions work really well. It holds a glasses case, wallet, phone, power bank and keys while still looking fairly streamlined. The adjustable strap has enough range for me to wear it higher across my chest or lower at my hip depending on what I'm doing.

Good leather, practical pockets and a very usable size for everyday carry.
