The size works really well for my phone, wallet, keys and sunglasses. It sits comfortably against my side without feeling bulky.

Has become my everyday bag

I've been using the Harrison regularly for well over a year now. The front flap section is probably what I appreciate most because I can keep smaller things separate instead of having everything loose in the main compartment. The leather was fairly structured when new but has softened nicely with use. Mine has picked up scratches and darker areas around the corners, which actually make it look better. The zipper and strap hardware have both held up without any issues.

Front pockets are genuinely useful

I keep my earbuds and keys in the front section so I'm not constantly digging through the main compartment.

A little firm initially

The leather felt quite stiff during the first couple of weeks, particularly around the flap. It has softened considerably with regular use and is much easier to handle now. Everything else has been excellent.

Excellent for travel

This has been on several trips with me now and is particularly useful in airports and busy cities. I keep my passport, wallet and phone in the zipped section and use the front compartments for things I need more frequently. The rear slip pocket is handy for flat items as well. After nineteen months, the leather has developed plenty of character but the stitching and hardware still feel completely solid.

Compact without being tiny

The 9 cm depth gives it more usable room than I expected. I can carry my normal daily essentials without making the bag look stuffed.

The dark brown is aging beautifully

My dark brown Harrison has been used several times a week for just over a year. The surface has developed lighter scratches and some darker areas where I handle it most, but that's exactly what I wanted from this type of leather. The bag has also softened without losing its overall shape. I occasionally condition it, but otherwise I haven't done anything special to maintain it.

Good but definitely compact

Pay attention to the measurements because this isn't intended to replace a messenger bag. For wallet, phone, keys, glasses and a few other essentials, the size works very well.

Almost two years of regular use

I bought this because I wanted something smaller than my work bag for weekends and travel. Nearly two years later, it has probably seen more use than any other bag I own. The front flap section keeps small things organized, while the zipped main compartment gives me somewhere secure for my wallet and other valuables. The leather is noticeably softer now and has developed a lot of natural variation. Nothing has come loose and the shoulder strap still adjusts properly.

Good strap length

Plenty of adjustment and it stays where I set it. I normally wear the bag fairly high and it sits comfortably.

Rear pocket could be deeper

I like having the rear slip pocket, although I wish it were slightly deeper for some of the things I carry. Aside from that small point, the layout is excellent and the main compartment is a useful size.

Much better than filling my pockets

I originally bought this because I was tired of carrying my phone, wallet, keys and glasses in different pockets. The Harrison gives me enough space for all of those things plus a charger and earbuds, while still feeling compact. I especially like that the front flap compartment has separate sections rather than being one open pocket. After fifteen months, it has become part of my normal daily routine.

The leather gets better with use

Mine definitely doesn't look new anymore, and that's a positive. There are fine scratches across the front and some darker areas around the edges, while the leather itself has become noticeably softer. I use it several times a week and haven't been particularly careful with it. Despite that, the seams are still tidy, the main zipper runs smoothly and the shoulder strap feels just as secure as when I bought it.

Tan was lighter than expected

The tan finish looked a little lighter in person than it did on my screen. I've grown to like it, especially as the leather has started developing some darker variation from use.

This is what I use when I'm heading out for the day and don't need my laptop. Everything important fits without carrying unnecessary extra space.

Perfect size for sightseeing

I used the Harrison throughout a two-week trip and found the size ideal. It was large enough for my passport, phone, wallet, sunglasses and power bank but small enough that I could keep it on all day without getting tired of it. The zipped main compartment gave me some peace of mind in crowded areas, while the front section kept smaller things accessible. I've continued using it regularly since getting home.

Black looks very clean

Went with black because I wanted something understated. It works equally well with casual clothes and when I'm a bit more dressed up.

Took time to soften

Mine needed more breaking in than I expected. The first month the leather felt quite firm, but after regular use it became much more flexible. Nine months later, it feels significantly better and still maintains a nice structured appearance.

Still holding up extremely well

This bag has been used for work commutes, weekends away, flights and countless everyday errands. It has been dropped, overfilled a few times and generally treated like something meant to be used rather than displayed. After nearly two years, there are plenty of marks in the leather but no actual structural problems. The stitching around the strap attachments is still tight and both the zipper and hardware work perfectly.

A very useful compact bag

After a year with it, I think the Harrison gets the balance between compact and practical about right. It isn't intended for large items, but the 9 cm depth means there's enough space for more than just a phone and wallet. The internal sections also stop small items from collecting at the bottom. Mine has softened nicely and now feels much more personal than when it first arrived.

Strap needed some adjustment

It took a little experimenting to find the right strap length for me. Once adjusted properly, it sits comfortably and doesn't move around much while I'm walking.

Ideal for train and air travel

I use this whenever I'm traveling because it gives me somewhere secure for the things I don't want buried in my luggage. My passport, wallet and phone stay inside the zipped compartment, while tickets and other quick-access items can go in the front or rear sections. It's also small enough to keep on me while seated. After seventeen months, the leather and hardware are both holding up very well.

Good organization, limited capacity

The internal layout is excellent, but the bag naturally fills up quickly if you start adding bulky items. I've found it works best when I stick to the essentials. For that purpose it's comfortable, organized and much nicer than carrying everything in my pockets.

Front flap design sold me on it

I looked at several simpler crossbody bags but chose this one because of the flap-front design. In person it gives the bag a bit more character without making it look overly vintage. More importantly, the compartment underneath is actually useful rather than decorative. I've been carrying it for ten months and the leather is already starting to show a nice worn-in finish.
