Care
Caring For Your Leather
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. For marks or stains, use a damp cloth with mild soap, then let air dry. Avoid direct heat sources.
Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. To help bags maintain their shape, fill with tissue paper or soft cloth and store upright. Avoid sealing leather in plastic bags for extended periods - the material needs airflow.
Apply quality leather conditioner every few months to maintain suppleness and prevent cracking.

Great camera bag
Very practical layout.
Tobias C.
A solid field backpack
I use it for weekend photo walks and it carries my camera setup without feeling like a bulky technical bag. The canvas and leather combination looks great too.
Graham E.
Built for actual camera gear
I wanted something less modern-looking than the usual nylon camera backpacks. This has been a good change. The multiple exterior pockets give me quick access to batteries, cards, filters, and a small notebook, while the main area handles the larger gear. After months of use the canvas has picked up some character without looking worn out.
Mitchell G.
Love the canvas
Looks better with use.
Clifford H.
Useful front storage
The front pockets are the feature I use most. Small accessories stay separate instead of disappearing into the main compartment.
Perry L.
Comfortable on long walks
I carried this around for most of a day while shooting outdoors. Once the straps were adjusted properly, the weight sat comfortably and the bag stayed easy to manage.
Dominic N.
Exactly my style
Rugged without looking messy.
Neil P.
Good everyday camera backpack
There is enough room for the equipment I normally take out without encouraging me to overpack. I also like that it does not immediately scream camera bag.
Calvin R.
Great for weekend shoots
I've taken the Jerick on several weekend trips now. I usually carry a camera body, a couple of lenses, charger, spare batteries, and personal items. The pocket arrangement makes it easy to separate the small accessories, and the tall shape is convenient when I need to carry a bit more. The canvas has also handled regular travel better than I expected.
Trevor T.
Good size
Not too bulky.
Geoffrey C.
Canvas was stiff initially
The bag felt fairly firm when it arrived, especially around the flap areas. It has relaxed with regular use and now feels much more natural to carry.
Brent D.
Easy to keep organized
I tend to lose small camera accessories in larger bags, but the separate pockets make a noticeable difference here.
Roderick B.
Nice alternative to nylon
The materials give it a more traditional outdoor look than most photography bags. I use it even when I'm not bringing much camera equipment.
Harvey C.
Very useful pockets
Everything has a place.
Gordon E.
Works well for travel photography
I bought this primarily for short trips where I wanted one backpack for camera equipment and everyday essentials. It has worked surprisingly well for that. The smaller pockets keep cables and batteries accessible, and I can organize the main section around the gear I am bringing that day. It is substantial, but still comfortable enough for walking around a city for several hours.
Marshall G.
Feels sturdy
Hardware and stitching feel solid.
Felix H.
Good for outdoor shoots
The canvas suits the way I use a camera bag. I don't worry about every little surface mark, and the leather details have started to develop a nice worn-in appearance.
Desmond L.
Practical rather than flashy
This is the kind of bag I was looking for. It has plenty of visual character but still feels functional first, especially with all the exterior storage.
Keith N.
My new photo-walk bag
Easy to grab and go.
Noel P.
A bit heavier when fully loaded
The materials have some weight to them, and you notice it once the bag is packed with lenses. For shorter outings it is excellent, and the sturdy construction is a fair tradeoff for me.
Tristan R.
Plenty of accessory storage
I can keep batteries, memory cards, cleaning cloths, and cables separated rather than putting everything in one pouch.
Cecil T.
Looks even better now
After several months the canvas has softened and developed subtle variation. It has more character now than when it was brand new.
Ivan S.
Great for day trips
Carries what I need without becoming enormous.
Owen J.
A backpack I actually enjoy carrying
I've owned several dedicated camera backpacks and most of them were functional but unattractive. The Jerick feels different. It has the organization I need for photography, yet it looks like a classic field backpack. I particularly like having several front pockets for accessories I reach for frequently. It has become my default bag for casual shoots and short day trips.
Simon B.
Good shoulder straps
Comfortable once adjusted.
Colin C.
Handy for mixed use
Some days I carry camera gear, and other days I use it as a general backpack. The pocket layout works well for both.
Gavin E.
Feels dependable
I've been using mine regularly and the buckles, zippers, stitching, and straps have all held up well so far.
Bruce G.
Useful on location
I can reach the accessories in the front without unpacking the whole bag, which is helpful when I'm working outside.
Douglas H.
Would like one simpler pocket
There is a lot of divided storage, which is generally useful, but I would personally trade one small section for a plain open pocket. Still a very functional setup.
Leon L.
Good rugged look
The gray canvas with tan leather has a nice field-bag appearance. It works particularly well for casual outdoor use.
Ross N.
My gear stays organized
No more digging for batteries.
Dale P.
A thoughtful layout
The biggest advantage for me is how naturally the storage is divided. I keep frequently used accessories in the front, personal items in another section, and my main photography gear in the larger compartment. That means I am not constantly moving everything around to find one small item. It has made shooting on the go much less frustrating.
Grant R.
Nice for commuting too
I occasionally bring my camera to work, and this lets me carry both everyday items and photography gear without using two bags.
Todd T.
Strong materials
Feels like it can take regular use.
Blake K.
Better after breaking in
The canvas and leather both felt new and structured at first. After a few months the whole backpack has softened and sits more naturally against my back.
Miles D.
Great companion for road trips
I have used this on a few driving trips where I wanted my camera close by rather than packed in luggage. The exterior pockets are convenient at stops because I can grab smaller accessories quickly. It holds a useful amount without being ridiculously large, and the canvas exterior fits the casual travel style I prefer.
Clark B.
Good capacity
Fits my normal kit well.
Reed C.
Buckles take an extra moment
I like the traditional appearance of the closures, but they are naturally slower than a simple quick-release setup. I knew that going in and still prefer the look.
Troy E.
Doesn't look overly technical
That was important to me. It has the utility of a gear bag but looks more like a classic canvas backpack.
Heath G.
A keeper
Functional, sturdy, and good looking.
