Care
Caring For Your Leather
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. For marks or stains, use a damp cloth with mild soap, then let air dry. Avoid direct heat sources.
Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. To help bags maintain their shape, fill with tissue paper or soft cloth and store upright. Avoid sealing leather in plastic bags for extended periods - the material needs airflow.
Apply quality leather conditioner every few months to maintain suppleness and prevent cracking.

Great work messenger
A good alternative to carrying a formal briefcase.
Merritt J.
A good everyday messenger
I wanted something that felt less formal than a leather briefcase but still looked put together. The Kevin has been a good middle ground, and the panelled canvas gives it more character than a plain fabric bag.
Nolan S.
Green looks excellent
I chose the green version and really like how it works with the brown leather. It has a slightly vintage outdoor feel without looking like camping gear, so I can still carry it to work.
Orson K.
Comfortable for commuting
I've carried it on the train and walked quite a bit with it. Once I adjusted the strap properly, it stayed comfortable and didn't feel cumbersome during a normal commute.
Perry N.
Canvas feels substantial
The fabric has more body than I expected and doesn't feel flimsy. The leather sections add structure in the right places and make the whole bag feel more durable.
Quentin C.
Good balance of casual and smart
This works with jeans but also looks fine with business-casual clothes. That versatility is the main reason it has replaced two different bags I used to rotate between.
Ronan B.
Useful without being oversized
I tend to overfill larger bags, so I wanted something more manageable. This gives me enough space for what I actually need while still being easy to carry around town.
Silas J.
The leather details make it
The canvas alone would be fairly simple, but the leather straps, trim and handle give the messenger a much more finished appearance. It looks like it should age nicely too.
Thatcher R.
Good everyday organization
I like having a traditional messenger layout rather than dozens of tiny compartments. Everything I carry has a sensible place and the bag remains straightforward to use.
Ulric S.
Grey is nicely understated
I went with grey because I wanted something neutral but not plain black. The brown leather adds enough contrast to keep it interesting and it works well for daily use.
Vaughn K.
Feels built for regular use
Mine gets carried to work several times a week and has handled it well. The stitching still looks clean and the canvas is developing a little character without looking worn out.
Wesley N.
Easy weekend bag too
I originally bought it for commuting, but I've ended up using it on weekends as well. It is casual enough for errands and coffee runs while still looking more refined than a backpack.
Yates B.
Nice structured shape
The panelled design gives the bag enough structure that it doesn't collapse when it isn't completely full. I prefer that cleaner look in a messenger.
Zane C.
Coffee color has character
The darker brown-toned version has a warm, vintage appearance that suits the leather details particularly well. It already looks like a bag I've owned for years in a good way.
August P.
Good shoulder bag for town
I wanted something I could keep close to my side while walking and using public transport. The proportions work well and it doesn't feel awkward in crowded places.
Broderick S.
A practical work option
It holds the things I normally take to the office and feels much less rigid than my old briefcase. The canvas also makes me less worried about every little mark.
Clifton J.
Rugged without being rough
The materials have a durable, heritage look, but the finishing is neat enough that the bag doesn't feel overly rustic. That's exactly the balance I was hoping for.
Duncan N.
Has become my regular commuting bag
I bought the Kevin because I wanted a messenger that looked more interesting than a standard nylon work bag but wasn't as formal as full leather. The panelled canvas and leather combination works very well for that. It carries what I need for a normal day, sits comfortably at my side and has enough character that I actually enjoy using it. After several months it has become the bag I automatically reach for before work.
Ernest R.
The green and brown combination is excellent
I was initially unsure whether green would be versatile enough, but I'm glad I chose it. The muted canvas works surprisingly well with different clothes and the brown leather gives it a classic look. With use, both materials have started to soften slightly and the bag looks more natural now than when it was brand new. It has a proper heritage feel without looking artificially aged.
Forrest K.
A useful alternative to a backpack
I carried backpacks for years but wanted something easier to access while commuting. This messenger has worked much better for my routine. I can swing it around when I need something, and the shape stays manageable when I'm walking or getting on public transport. The canvas keeps the weight reasonable while the leather panels give the bag enough structure to feel substantial.
Gilbert C.
Looks better as it gets used
One of the reasons I chose a canvas and leather bag was that I didn't want something that needed to stay pristine. Mine has picked up a few subtle marks from commuting and weekend use, and they suit the design rather than making it look neglected. The leather is also starting to develop more variation. Everything still feels solid, so I'm looking forward to seeing how it looks after another year.
Hugh B.
Just the right level of casual for my office
My workplace is business casual, so a formal briefcase always felt like too much while a sporty backpack felt too relaxed. The Kevin fits nicely between the two. The traditional straps and leather details give it some polish, but the canvas keeps it approachable. I've used it for meetings, normal office days and weekends without ever feeling like I brought the wrong type of bag.
Irving S.
Good design for someone who carries the basics
I don't carry a huge amount every day and specifically wanted to avoid buying another oversized messenger. This one has encouraged me to keep things simple. It holds my normal essentials comfortably and the panelled construction keeps the bag looking tidy rather than sagging. For my routine, the proportions make much more sense than the larger work bags I've owned.
Julian N.
The materials complement each other well
What stands out most to me is how the leather and canvas are used together. The canvas gives the bag a relaxed feel while the leather sections add structure and visual interest. It doesn't feel like leather trim was added just for decoration. After regular use, the two materials are wearing in at a similar pace and the overall look is becoming more personal.
Kellan P.
A dependable bag for daily use
I've used mine through several months of commuting, errands and occasional weekend outings. It has been put on train floors, car seats and café tables and still looks good. There are small signs of use in the canvas now, but nothing concerning, and the stitching and hardware remain solid. I wanted something I could use rather than baby, and this has suited that purpose very well.
Lionel C.
Took a few days to soften
The bag felt a little firm at first, especially around the leather sections. After regular use it settled in nicely and is much more comfortable now.
Murray R.
More casual than a briefcase
Very pleased overall, but it definitely has a relaxed heritage look rather than a formal office appearance. That's perfect for me, just something to keep in mind.
Norman J.
Strap needed some adjusting
I had to experiment with the shoulder length before it sat exactly where I wanted. Once set up, it has been comfortable for everyday carrying.
Oswald K.
Canvas shows some character
The fabric picks up small variations with use, which I expected from this style. I like the broken-in appearance, although someone wanting a perfectly uniform finish may feel differently.
