Has become my daily bag

I've had this for well over a year now and it gets used more than any other small bag I own. There's enough space for my phone, wallet, sunglasses, keys and a small charger, but the profile stays fairly compact against the body. The leather was quite structured when it arrived and has softened considerably with use. Mine has also picked up a few scratches that have blended into the darker finish nicely.

Easy to wear

I wanted something smaller than my usual messenger for weekends. This sits comfortably and doesn't get in the way while walking.

Took a little breaking in

The leather felt fairly firm during the first couple of weeks, particularly around the edges. It's softened up a lot since then and is considerably more comfortable now.

Excellent travel companion

This has been through several holidays with me now and it's particularly useful on days when we're walking around a city. I keep my passport, wallet, phone, power bank and glasses inside and can reach everything quickly without carrying a backpack. After almost two years the leather looks noticeably more worn than when it arrived, but in a good way. The stitching and zippers have held up without any problems.

Better with age

Mine has been used several times a week for just over a year. It started off looking quite clean and uniform but has developed a much nicer character with use. There are some lighter marks around the edges and the leather has become softer where it rests against me. Everything still feels sturdy and the main zipper continues to run smoothly.

Slightly heavier than expected

It has a little more weight than the fabric crossbody I was replacing. I got used to it quickly though, and the leather construction feels much more substantial.

Still going strong

I've carried this regularly for a year and a half and haven't had any construction issues. It has been packed into luggage, carried on flights and used during long days walking around. The corners have softened and there are plenty of little surface marks now, but that's made the leather look better rather than worse. The strap and fittings are all still secure.

Ideal weekend bag

This is what I grab when I'm heading out and don't need to take a laptop. It fits my normal daily things easily and is much less cumbersome than carrying my work bag everywhere. I've also taken it on two weekend trips and found it very convenient for keeping travel documents and smaller items accessible. The leather has softened nicely over the past year.

Comfortable for long walks

I've worn it for several hours at a time while travelling and haven't found the strap uncomfortable.

Holding up extremely well

Mine is approaching two years old and still gets used regularly. The leather has become noticeably softer and darker in certain areas, especially around the parts I handle most. It definitely doesn't look brand new anymore, which is exactly what I wanted. More importantly, I've had no issues with loose stitching, broken hardware or the zipper. It feels like a bag I'll be using for quite a while yet.

The strap was a bit rigid when it arrived. After using the bag regularly it has settled in and feels much more natural now.

A very useful travel bag

I originally bought this specifically for travelling but it ended up becoming part of my normal rotation at home as well. The compact shape works well in busy places and there's enough space for the essentials I need throughout the day. I've used it in airports, on trains and during plenty of walking. Fifteen months later, the leather has softened beautifully and the bag still feels structurally sound.

Has aged really nicely

After more than a year and a half, mine has developed the kind of worn finish I was hoping for. The high-contact areas have darkened, while little scratches and creases have appeared across the front. I haven't babied it at all and it has handled everyday use very well. The zipper still works properly and I haven't noticed any weakness around the strap attachment points.

My go-to bag when travelling

I don't like carrying a backpack when I'm sightseeing, so this has been a very good alternative. There's enough room for my wallet, phone, glasses, passport and a compact charger. One year later

I've just passed a year with this bag and it's holding up very well. Most of its use has been on weekends and holidays, although I occasionally carry it during the week too. The leather has developed some nice variation and doesn't have that brand-new stiffness anymore. All of the areas that usually concern me on a crossbody, particularly the strap connections and zipper, are still completely solid.

Exactly the casual leather bag I wanted

I wanted something that looked nicer than a nylon sling but wasn't as formal or large as a leather messenger. This sits right in the middle. It works with jeans and casual clothes, carries everything I normally need, and has become more comfortable as the leather has broken in. Ten months of fairly regular use hasn't caused any issues with the construction.
