Slim, simple and doesn't stick out awkwardly when I'm walking.

A year of regular use

I've carried this messenger several times a week for a little over a year. I usually have my tablet, notebook, wallet, keys and a few cables inside and it handles that load nicely without becoming bulky. The leather has softened considerably since it arrived and has developed some lighter marks around the edges. Stitching and strap attachments are still completely solid.

Slim means slim

Great bag as long as you understand the capacity. It carries my everyday essentials comfortably, but this isn't something I'd choose if I needed to pack bulky items.

Great commuter bag

I use it on the train most weekdays. It sits close to my side and is much easier to manage in a crowded carriage than my old bulky messenger.

Looks better after being used

Mine definitely doesn't look new anymore, and that's probably my favourite thing about it. The leather has developed creases and some subtle colour variation where I handle it most. I've taken it to work, on flights and on weekend trips. Despite all of that use, the stitching remains neat and the strap hasn't given me any problems.

No unnecessary pockets or decorations. Just a really clean-looking leather messenger.

Needed breaking in

The leather and strap were both fairly stiff when the bag arrived. After a few weeks of daily use everything softened up and it became much more comfortable.

Perfect for what I carry

I specifically wanted something that wouldn't tempt me to carry half my desk around. This holds a tablet, small notebook, charger, wallet and a couple of other essentials comfortably. Because the bag stays relatively flat, it looks much tidier than my previous work bag. Nearly a year in and the leather is also starting to develop a nice worn finish.

Good minimalist messenger

The streamlined shape is the main reason I bought it and it hasn't disappointed. I would have liked slightly more internal organization, but for the things I normally carry it works well.

Still using it constantly

Coming up on two years with mine and it's still one of the bags I reach for most often. It has travelled with me quite a bit and gets carried to the office regularly. The leather is much softer now and has plenty of little marks, particularly around the bottom corners and flap. Nothing has come loose and the strap hardware still feels secure.

Doesn't look oversized

I'm not a fan of big messenger bags. This one carries what I need while keeping a much cleaner silhouette.

Great everyday bag

Ideal for travelling light

I took this on a two-week trip and used it as my day bag. Passport, tablet, power bank, wallet and a few smaller things all fit without making the bag feel overstuffed. The slim shape was especially useful on trains and in busy streets. I've continued using it since getting home and the leather has only improved with age.

Good once softened

It arrived more rigid than I expected, especially the flap. After regular use the leather settled down nicely and the bag now feels much more natural.

Has held its shape well

I was slightly concerned that a slim leather bag might become floppy after a lot of use, but mine has held up very well. The leather itself has softened, particularly around the flap, while the overall shape remains tidy. I've carried it to work several times a week for well over a year. The hardware and stitching still look good too.

Much less bulky

Replaced a larger canvas messenger with this and immediately noticed how much easier it is to carry on my commute.

Best for lighter loads

I really like the bag, but I wouldn't recommend it if you routinely carry a lot of thick or bulky items. For a tablet, notebook and daily essentials it's excellent.

Leather feels excellent

Nice smooth feel with enough natural variation that it doesn't look artificial.

My regular office bag now

I used to alternate between several work bags but this has pretty much taken over. The main reason is the slim shape. I can carry the things I actually use during the day without having a large bag hanging from my shoulder. After sixteen months, there are some scratches and darker areas developing in the leather, but structurally it has been completely reliable.

A little snug when fully packed

As long as I stick to my normal essentials it's great. If I add a thick book or anything bulky, the slim construction becomes noticeable. Still very happy with it for daily use.

The leather has aged beautifully

I've deliberately avoided doing much to this bag beyond occasionally wiping it down, and the leather has developed a great natural finish. Areas around the flap and strap are darker and there are small marks from everyday use throughout. It's been on numerous work trips with me and nothing has failed. I expect to keep carrying it for years.

A very practical minimalist bag

After a year of ownership I think the best thing about this messenger is that it forces me to carry only what I need. A tablet, documents, charger and personal essentials fit comfortably, and the bag remains slim even when loaded. The strap has become softer over time and the leather is beginning to show some nice character. No issues with construction so far.

Simple interior

I wouldn't mind another small compartment inside, but I bought this mainly because of the clean shape and it does that very well.

Excellent after more than a year

The bag has been with me through daily commuting and several business trips. It has picked up a few scuffs, but those blend naturally into the dark leather and give it more character. I particularly appreciate that it hasn't become bulky or misshapen despite being used so often. The shoulder strap is also considerably softer now than it was during the first month.
